Keith Meadows

Keith Meadows

Founder

Keith began his institutional packaging career in distribution at one of the largest distributors in Detroit, Michigan back in 1976. He quickly built a reputation where customer’s needs come first and building that relationship based upon “serving others” was his only goal. In 1988, Keith became a broker with the Aaron Levine Company and within a few years his territory had grown tenfold. He developed one of the Midwest’s largest independent foodservice distributors into the company’s single largest account.

In May of 2000, Keith and his former partner, John Glover, formed RepWorx to serve the foodservice, packaging and facility maintenance industries. In 2018, Keith became the single owner of the company. He has continued to seek new partnerships focusing on packaging and expanding Repworx’ footprint.

Keith has a passion for golf and sports, in general. He cherishes spending time with his granddaughters, Avie and Sophia. He is a very proud father of two daughters, Brielle and Mackenzie.

In Memoriam

Keith C. Meadows, age 71, of Royal Oak, passed away on September 21, 2025. He was born on July 9, 1954, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to the late Charles and Lois (Fairfield) Meadows.

Keith was the proud owner of Rep Worx in Royal Oak, a food packaging manufacturing company, where he worked alongside a devoted team who became like family to him. His work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit were matched by his creativity and zest for life.

A lover of music, Keith enjoyed concerts of many genres—whether it was Pat Metheny, the Beatles, Paul McCartney, oldies, or modern-day favorites. He also had a passion for writing, especially poetry, and cherished opportunities to express himself through words. Golfing was another favorite pastime, but nothing brought him greater joy than time spent with his beloved granddaughters.

He was the loving father of Brielle (John) Tyle, Mackenzie (Shane) Schanski, and the late Alicia Meadows; proud grandfather of Avrielle and Sophia; and dear brother of Colleen (the late Michael) Pisa and the late Gail (the late George). He is also remembered by his former spouse, Marie (Mark) Dyer.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Keith’s Rep Worx team, who were truly like family to him and a constant source of support.
