Cathy developed her strong work ethic while growing up on a farm in Southern Minnesota with her 7 siblings. After her farm life, she attended the University of Minnesota – Mankato State where she earned her Bachelor of Science-Marketing and a Minor in Speech Communications. She has worked in the foodservice industry and packaging industries for over 17 years. In addition, her previous sales positions including a DSR at a large Broadliner; P&S Specialist at a foodservice broker; and Sales Rep at a National ReDistribution house combined gives her a nice blend of work experience and network of contacts that allow her to penetrate the packaging and supply market successfully. She is positive, energetic, and very approachable with her customers and distributor contacts. At the end of her day, she enjoys her time living on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes with her husband and 3 children: boating, kayaking and bonfires.
